In my previous post i have shown the steps To allocate and assign an Elastic IP address Now in this tutorial you can easily understand that how to map elastic IP address of Amazon EC2 with your  domain name  that you purchased from GoDaddy server. You can easily follow the steps given below. Step #1 You can login with your account on GoDaddy . Step #2 After log in successfully to your account. Click on Manage button from Domain tab. Step #3 You would get a list of Domain Names under your Account. Click on the Drop-down menu of the required Domain Name. Choose Manage DNS. Step #4 Make sure your in DNS Zone File tab ,click on edit record.    Note:When you click on edit record dialogue box would appear which requires your Elastic IP that is associated with your instance.    Step #5 From the Amazon EC2 console, click Instances in the navigation pane. To allocate and assign an Elastic IP address Step #1 :   From the Amazon EC2 console,       1) Click Elastic IPs in the navigation pane.      2) Choose Allocate New Address. Allocate New Address - dialog box would appear.     By clicking on Yes, Allocate.         a) We are creating an Elastic IP.         b) Now, the next step is to assign Instance with Associate Address        c) Click on Actions         d) Drop-down would appear, where select Associate Address new dialog box would appear In the dialog box,    choose Instance from the Associate with list, and then select your instance from the Instance list. Choose Yes, Associate when you're done.
